Isn't BoldSign cheaper on the sticker?

The Growth plan is $10 vs our $12 Team plan, but Salesforce, HubSpot, SMS and API access sit on BoldSign's $40 Business plan. On SignFlow Team those are all included, so total cost for a real sales team is lower.

Does BoldSign collect payments?

Not natively. If you need to capture a deposit at signature you have to chain a separate payment tool. SignFlow does it in one flow via Stripe or Paystack.

Which is better for South African teams?

SignFlow. We're built by a South African team (SalesCollab), support Paystack out of the box, quote in ZAR, and are POPIA-native.

Can I switch from BoldSign easily?

Yes. Templates upload as PDFs, contacts import via CSV, and audit trails are exportable to CSV/JSON so nothing gets stranded.
